Embracing Your Needs

Be aware of your needs and aspects of your needs that have been unmet. Write them all out - what you need more of and what you don't want in your life. Get very crystal clear about this. Listen to the longings of your heart.


As you go through your day, be mindful of your needs for:


SAFETY - Notice when you feel uneasy, irritated or overwhelmed. See if any beliefs that may not be true or are making you feel anxious. When it feels right shift into letting go as you can into a place of peace and self soothing.


SATISFACTION - Become aware of any feelings of boredom, dissapointment or frustration or loss. After you have explored this experience think of things you are grateful of or glad about - see if you can find a sense of contentment.


CONNECTION TO SELF - Notice when you feel hurt, resentment or envious, loneliness or not worthy enough or inadequate. Then recall the times when you felt cared about and times when you felt friendly or caring for yourself. Rest in love flowing in and flowing out of you xx
