The most loving thing you can do is set loving boundaries for yourself to protect your mental wellbeing. Feel inside is its aligned for you in that moment what you are facing then decide yes or no. Feel it in your body and belly
When your loving requests are clear, others know where they stand and you are able to give clearly and freely.
If you are not clear where your boundaries lye, this can cause confusions, resentment and energetic disconnection.
Please get clear, grounded feel into your body of its truly what you want for yourself. Stop, pause listen from you heart.
‘‘Gut’’ feelings are your second brain. Follow your Intuition - Tune into this when you feel and need to decide what is okay for you and your values.
